Sometimes mom & the baby need more than a week to master it capably.

- The feeling of fearful, panicking, scared will prevent and slow down the breast-milk, but the feeling of relaxed, comfort and Stress-free will stimulate the flow of the breast-milk.

- Usually the breast-milk will come down on the 3rd - 6th day. The first breastmilk which the baby feeds on in the first 4 days is called ‘colostrum’ (the liquid that contains water, vitamins, protein, sugar, minerals & antibodies - very important for the newborn baby)
